 High Power Burn-in System: High-Power Burn-In Systems from Micro Control Company provide burn-in for high-power VLSI and memory devices. The HPB-5 can burn-in parts up to 35 watts, while the HPB-5A can burn-in parts up to 150 watts for a partially-loaded system and 65 watts for a fully-loaded system (24 DUTs per board).  Logic/Memory Burn-in System: The vector memories in the system contain very wide words that direct up to 256 input/output pins to each burn-in board, allowing the test system to control a large number of input pins on each device while testing a large number of device outputs. | |||||||||||
